Complete and Submit a Detailed Test Plan

Following RFTS evaluation and approval, approved TSRs and facilities will be required to complete and submit a detailed Test Plan to the TEAMER Network Director, using the required template. Testing may not commence until the Test Plan has been approved by the TEAMER Technical Board. The Facility will also be required to confirm the final budget for the project with the Network Director upon approval of the Test Plan.

During the creation of the Test Plan, the Network Director will submit an EQ-1 to the DOE NEPA office for each approved project. TSRs or Facilities may be required to provide additional information to the Network Director for this step.
