Thank you for attending!
To strengthen the network’s collaboration and facilitate communication and process improvements, we held two in-person TEAMER Facility Summits. Thank you to all who attended the Experimental Facility Summit in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and the Modeling/Expertise/Commercialization Summit in Holden, Massachusetts! With the conclusion of the summits, we will be using this page as a resource to host relevant materials from the events (e.g., Facility Quad Charts and slide decks), and keep useful administrative info available (e.g., info relating to travel reimbursements). Thanks again for attending, and as always for being vital partners to a strong TEAMER program.

We ask that one person from each facility attend one of the summits. For any facilities that offer capabilities in both categories, please choose one (or both) of the in-person events to attend. The TEAMER program will pay for your facility’s representative to travel to attend your chosen event.

Quad Charts
At each event all facilities were asked to share key information with peers to spread awareness about TEAMER Network capabilities. The Quad Charts submitted by all facilities can be referenced here.
Travel Expense Reimbursements
TEAMER will cover attendee travel expenses for transportation, flights, lodging, and meals. For lodging and meals, please consult the published 2025 GSA travel rates for your chosen location. You will be reimbursed for your travel expenses upon completion and submission of the Reimbursement Form . Please pay attention to the instructions within the form. Alternatively, you may add the travel expenses to your next invoice. Note: Lab travel is funded through their AOP.
Above are quick links to the GSA rates for per diem lodging and meals. We understand it may not be possible to find suitable accommodations within GSA rates; in this case, please do your best to choose a reasonable alternative, all factors considered (cost, distance, safety, etc.), and you will be reimbursed. Please contact us if you have questions.
